Who we are

This website is operated by You & I by Sonali Jain, a sole practitioner offering meditation and mindfulness coaching from [City], India. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to You & I by Sonali Jain.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That is limited to:

• Enquiry details — your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you provide one, the offering you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
• Correspondence — messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or this website’s form, and our replies.
• Session information — if you go on to book, the notes needed to deliver your sessions properly, including what you have told us about why you are seeking support.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive medical records, diagnoses or government identity documents through this website.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not add you to marketing lists without you asking to be added.
• We do not share what you tell us in a session, except as described below.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
• To schedule, deliver and follow up on sessions you have booked.
• To process a payment, if you choose to pay for an offering.
• To meet any legal or accounting obligations we have.

Third parties who process data for us

This website is a static site with no database of its own. Where a service is needed, we use established providers, each with their own privacy policy:

• Form delivery — enquiries submitted through the website form are transmitted by a third-party form service, which relays them to our email inbox and does not use them for its own purposes.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
• Payment provider — if online payment is enabled, checkout is handled entirely on the payment provider’s own hosted page. Your card or banking details are entered there, never on this website, and we never see or store them. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the name and contact details you gave at checkout.
• Website hosting — our host keeps standard server access logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
• Instagram (Meta) — the feed section may load content from Instagram, which can set its own cookies. This only happens if that section is enabled.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are self-hosted, so no request is made to an external font provider. Embedded third-party content such as an Instagram feed or a video player may set cookies when it loads. If website analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they go live and the change will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted. Records relating to a paid booking are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, and then deleted. Session notes are kept only while they are useful to your practice, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Confidentiality of sessions

What you share in a coaching session is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it without your consent, other than where we are legally required to, or where there is a serious and immediate risk to your safety or someone else’s. Testimonials, quotes and screenshots are only ever published with explicit permission, and phone numbers and identifying details are masked.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is inaccurate;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop contacting you.

Write to hello@youandi.example.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor wishes to work with us, a parent or guardian must make the arrangement and be present as required.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always appears on this page, with the revision date shown at the top.
